A dyslexic's Brewer's dream come true. We present to you a high dried malt with a roasted feel. Intense nutty notes up front with a very subtle coffee-caramel character way in the back. This is quite different from the rest and when you run it through your mill you will quickly see how it got its name. A BIG thanks to everyone at Edmonton Home Brewers' Guild that entered our contest. Steve O'Riordan had the winning name and earned the first bag ever produced in our Malthouse.
